Benjamin Kift is a new associate with the law firm, Marcus & Shapira LLP.  Ben focuses his practice on a variety of commercial litigation and antitrust litigation matters.  With an extensive background in electronically stored discovery, Ben’s expertise allows him to assist his clients with largescale and complex document review projects.

Ben graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 2017.  Before joining Marcus & Shapira, Ben practiced with a small firm outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Prior to attending law school, Ben worked as a litigation paralegal for a large, regional law firm.

Ben is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Amy, and their Yellow Labrador Retriever, Hank.
