Neal Jennings has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western, PA’s largest automotive dealer group since August, 2008. #1 Cochran Automotive Group ranked No. 71 on the Automotive News Top 150 largest automotive retail groups in 2018.

In his capacity at #1 Cochran, Neal is a key influencer of organizational strategy. He maintains primary responsibility for business development and acquisitions, and has led #1 Cochran thru eight acquisitions and numerous other expansion projects. Additionally, Neal oversees all aspects financial administration, including accounting, forecasting and financial reporting as well as information technology functions.

Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a M.B.A. in finance from Middle Tennessee State University. He has earned the professional certifications of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and is a graduate of the N.A.D.A’s dealer academy. Neal and his wife Tracy live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with their children Calli Reese and Neal IV.
